Our students are engaging in Genius Hour projects this year in which they get to choose a topic of interest, become experts on their topic, and then create something to share with an authentic audience. All students in 4th and 5th grade have one hour each week to work on their projects. One student's goal is to create a metal robot. She's been learning about robotics and coding with the resources we have at school, and now she is ready to start making her dream a reality! This set would allow her to reach her goal.
