My students learn best when they have hands-on experiences, especially in science and engineering classes. We will be learning about energy sources. The students will learn through active investigations about magnetism and electricity. They can build the solar vehicle and connect what they’ve learned in class with this race car model. They will make videos of the building and design process and share their presentations with other classes in our school district. They can turnkey the information to their families. I believe it’s the hands-on active learning that the kids will remember forever.
