I teach at a school where 100% of our students receive free lunch and breakfast, but it isn’t enough for many. Our school lunches can be small and unsatisfying, so the students come to me asking for extra snacks. I generally have a small stash they can pick from, but I’d love to be able to give them more!
I want all of my students to be fully fed and not have to worry about their grumbling tummies so they can be their best at school. Teenagers can be ravenous beasts, as you likely know!
