A classroom carpet is a place where students can listen to stories, work together to collaborate, participate in group activities, and so much more! My students have spent the better part of the past two years leaning from home. They would love nothing more than to sit on a carpet with their friends to learn new things!
I plan to teach ELA, Math, and science from the carpet. Using this carpet will also give students a different space to learn that is not their desks. Moving around the room and learning from new spaces is always beneficial to student learning!
