My incredibly inquisitive kindergarteners are naturally curious little people who have an intense fascination with and desire to explore their world. Opportunities to discover, build resilience, encourage teamwork and social skills, take risks, learn and apply critical thinking skills, experiment, test and adapt ideas, problem-solve, and create new ways of doing things, are limitless! I've experienced the value of learning and engagement that comes through 鈥渉ands-on鈥, innovative tasks and challenges, teamwork, and tech integration. As their teacher, I firmly believe Benjamin Franklin's words, "Tell me, I forget; show me, I remember; involve me, I understand." I am excited, committed, and ready to build my student's solid foundation of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, in creating a classroom rich with budding engineers, inventors, mathematicians, scientists, computer programmers, and artists, ready to take on the world one STEAM project at a time!
