We are doing PBIS (Positive Behavior Incentive Systems) throughout our school. We have come up with an Incentive Store for students to come to every Friday. Students who make good choices (academically and behaviorally) throughout the school day receive a Hawk Buck. These "bucks" can then be spent at the store. Students can spend or save their "bucks" each Friday. The more Hawk Bucks they save, the larger the prize they can choose from. Students truly love the store and can't wait to see what we have. I love seeing their smiles.
