I teach Kindergarten at Title I elementary school in San Jose, CA.
Our current classroom carpet is over a decade old and has been through the ringer. This new ABC rug has seating options for circle time and direct instruction. The Alphabet and beginning sound pictures will provide daily phonics practice for our kindergartners! The 35 spaces make it possible to space children out according to their needs.
The individual carpet squares we have are deteriorating, and we are a few short of a class set. The new individual carpet squares will help with outdoor learning, school assemblies, and flexible seating arrangements. The ABCs and beginning sound pictures will reinforce phonics lessons, an added bonus for beginning readers.
