Every year, students want to create their own cupcakes and designs to showcase and sell in the bakery. These projects require the right tips/colors and enough pastry bags for all students. Unfortunately, the lack of enough bags/tips/ etc. makes it difficult for all students in the class to work independently. Having equipment in each kitchen (7) will allow each group (2-3) to create their own masterpieces. Students will be engaged in their work and thrive. All students want to be the next Baking Champion and having the right equipment and enough equipment will allow them to soar.

About my class
