This project will allow my seniors to choose books related to their interests and backgrounds. I like to incorporate independent reading time in our English class, but many of my students come unprepared or struggle to find books they are interested in. The best way to improve literacy is to read more, and I am confident that these selections will help my students become stronger readers and see that reading can be an enjoyable experience. I want to help my students reach their uncapped potential, and with the addition of this classroom library, they will be excited to learn.

About my class
