The materials I am requesting are vital to math and science. I teach first grade and most of our lessons need to come Alive in Color to drive the point home and show reality! The printer will help make this happen. The hand magnets will enable my students an opportunity to explore "strength" concretely when comparing magnets. They will touch something other than a "bar" magnet and not just see pictures of others. The truth of the matter is, the materials are vital to my students and to their learning through exploration and seeing reality through color.
