As we all know, the increase in technology use in society has exploded in recent years, especially with most of life being temporarily put online. This has been experienced and amplified in the school setting. One of the positive takeaways from the pandemic shutdown of schools was a growth in online learning platforms. These platforms allow students to work at their own pace, have personalized lessons, and grow as technology users to prepare for the world they will enter after school.
Unfortunately, this means my students need more physical resources than ever to be able to complete basic school assignments and tests. Full-ear coverage headphones are a game changer for students, especially in a special education classroom. These headphones will allow my students (many of whom have a hard time focusing due to different disabilities) to complete their work without worrying about what is going on around them. I want to provide my students with the opportunity to do their best, because they are the best!
