They want energizing, positive songs to play in the morning to get their brains engaged and ready to learn. The students will create classical and calming playlists for testing and independent work time.
Music is integral to all cultures. Plato said that “music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything”. Music can inspire creativity and aid in mindful, calming techniques. The students say that music can reduce their anxiety and stress at home and at school. I want to provide students with an opportunity to express themselves with music.
