Ukuleles would give my students the chance to explore string instruments in a way they have never had at our school. Many students have specifically asked me about playing the ukulele in music class this year.
With ukuleles, I can enable my students to perform and make music while remaining COVID-safe in my classroom. Because of safety measures, we are unable to sing and play recorders like we typically would this time of year. I want to share the power of playing an instrument and the feeling of confidence that comes when performing.
