Since the pandemic kids have had to sit at home and watching a screen. Too much screen time not enough outdoor time. Today we are back to teaching in person. However, with the pandemic surging, my students do not have anything to play with during recess. Science has proven that exercise fuels the brain. During our recess time I plan to organize soccer teams. These physical education lessons with teach them the following: Increased confidence, peer acceptance, leadership skills, empathy and most of all having fun outdoors with their classmates.

About my class
