These portable lap desk will allow my students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. We love to do Write the Room and Count the Room. During these work times, my students are either sitting or laying on the floor with a clip board. The moving back and forth from sitting to laying down can be disruptive to the other students, so I believe this sitting option will help them be less disruptive. I enjoy doing my small group on the floor, so these seats will be very beneficial for them instead of clip boards. I really believe my students will enjoy these and will be comfortable and will motivate them to want to learn more.
