My project is all about getting kids thinking, and using their minds to build, create, and explore. Many of my students enjoy being creative, and often times my students enjoy exploring through technology. While technology is important, I believe it has become a little overwhelming in my classroom. Any moment a students has free-time, they are reaching for their laptop. I wanted to implement hands-on STEM activites for students to reach for when they enter my classroom, or have some free time to be creative. By donating to our project, you will give students the opportunity to be apart of hands-on learning, instead of looking at a screen. My students have enjoyed the many hands-on activites we have done so far in science, and I believe these everyday resources will help them be successful in their problem solving, and creative thinking.
