This project is filled with literature looking into lives of individuals with diverse family structures, racial diversity, and more! Help me open my student's eyes to the many beautiful stories that exist in our world. Students will gain windows into lives like and unalike from their own. My students love to experience picture book read alouds and follow up discussions about the characters and themes. I know that these books would be a wonderful addition to our classroom conversations and my fourth graders' understanding of the world around them. An inclusive world starts with our children.
