Currently, my classroom is set-up with a projector screen on the front wall and 38 triangular desks facing the projector. This set-up allows all students to face the screen. While good for direct instruction, the seating arrangement hinders group work which we move back and forth from during a normal class. I would like to rearrange my classroom in groups of 4 where students can either see the projector screen in the front of the room or they can see a display in the back of the room. I used this set-up teaching while teaching at a community college and found it far better to encourage student interaction.
