These headphones will change the way students of all abilities become digitally fluent. All students will be able to use them to watch videos and interact with online materials that cause sound on their own. This helps our class be able to do more independent tasks and lets, everyone, work at their own pace. These headphones will also open up more opportunities for those in my class who have been negatively impacted by COVID. Resources such as snap and read, and text to speech will be accessible to these students. COVID has also made it so each student needs to have their own individual headphones. Having a class set will help to fulfill this requirement. Students will also be able to use these headphones for at-home learning in times of sickness.
