These items will help them draw their thoughts, use the fidgets to calm down and help with breathing techniques. They will learn to calm down and learn the different ways to earn. They will use these special things when they earn it, they will be able to focus and stay calm and talk through things. A lot of my kiddos when upset will sit and draw their thoughts versus being verbal. It’s easier to tell on paper what’s wrong instead of talking to someone. These items will help my kiddos so much!
