Reading March Madness - Each march my class participates in March Madness. They get daily rewards for how much they read and grow. Puzzles will be used for inside days. Books sets will be used to extend my high readers. The markers will be used by my students to create fun stories on paper and their white boards. A variety of books will be used during shared reading time. The teacher pay teacher card will be used to purchase online vowel team exercise videos. I am excited for this. I am excited about the dyslexia book. Each year I have had a student or two with dyslexia. I want to extend my knowledge on how to increase explicit instruction to them.
