I believe that students are being put on tablets and computers too much. Students are getting a lot of screen time at school and at home. I believe that there are a lot of good online learning programs and I have felt my students learn from them. I am noticing that not many of my students play in person games. I am noticing that students don't know how to play board and card games. They also have hard time taking turns. I want to provide more hands on games for my students. I love that I can let my students have fun playing a game with their classmates while practicing some of the essential math skills they need to know. I have bought a few games over the years. My students love to play them. Learning games can be very expensive.
