When given free choice time, most of my first grade students head towards our technology. My students love to work on projects with chromebooks! We utilize chromebooks through Google Classroom to complete homework and assignments. We use Google Slides to create personal presentations and class projects. We also use our chromebooks for reading and math instruction and intervention. It is amazing to see their work and shine! Our digital natives love technology! They are learning how to code, type, read words and show mathematical strategies. They share their writing, ideas and designs. Our classroom would benefit from having these chromebooks so that more students can continue to learn and and grow!

About my class
