With learning gaps bigger than they've ever been before, students need the opportunity to learn through collaboration with their classmates. An Apple TV, iPad and pencil will allow me to share students' work and ideas with the rest of the class by relaying it through the iPad to our projector. This year we've been focusing on mathematical discourse and allowing students to share and justify their solutions. Having these extra resources will really allow students to collaborate and communicate with their classmates even more. Students love to be able to show their ideas with their classmates and as a teacher I know what amazing learning is happening when my students are able to teach each other.
