Independent reading time is a big part of our day. My students love graphic novels and Weird, But True books. These new additions to our library will be so welcome (and probably fought over.) My students also enjoy reading novels together in book clubs. Many of our current book club books are outdated and not "hip." I can't wait to introduce these contemporary book choices to them. The headphones and "mouses" will allow them to access their educational literacy and mathematics programs with ease. The carry cases will keep them protected and able to be used for a long time to come.

About my class
