I met my group of fourth graders halfway through the school year. Their former fourth grade teacher retired and I took her place. When I entered the classroom the first thing I noticed is that my students do not have a classroom library! Not even one book...or a bookshelf! To top it all, our campus does not have a librarian due to low funding. Last time my fourth graders stepped into a library was in second grade. Please help my students obtain their very first (ever) classroom library. My goal is to cultivate a love for reading and I know that the books selected in this project will tremendously help.
