The reading books and Scholastic magazines I chose will help the reading gap I have seen because of the Covid-19 pandemic. I chose books that I will use as teacher read alouds, classroom novel studies, and book clubs. Reading these books will help them with their reading fluency and comprehension. I picked books I feel they will enjoy, and help continue foster a love for reading. The math games will be used to further the logic and problem solving needed in math concepts. The art supplies will be used to allow the students to creatively express themselves, as we will use them in conjunction with academic learning. Thank you for your consideration!
