These resources will support monthly SEL lessons in classrooms. Multi-cultural and age appropriate books will ensure understanding of each topic for all students (and representation). Art supplies will be used by students and products can be taken home to show parents and reinforce SEL skill. Fidgets can be left in classroom for future use in calm space. Each classroom will receive a chime to promote teacher using mindful moments to calm student bodies and minds. Bulletin board supplies will be used for skill of the month presentation in general hallway for teachers, students, staff and parents to see what we are learning.
