In my classes we focus on sports and activities that students can use throughout their lifetime. We want to expose them to sports and other activities they may not have participated in before. This allows them to try something new and also use skills such as team building and problem solving.
Through varied games and activities they can gain more experience and find things they enjoy doing and are good at. They can then use these games and activities and tools to make better decisions about their health and fitness.
This project allows them to experience games and activities that they may not have played or participated in previously. These games will allow them to learn a new skills and develop confidence in trying and mastering something new.
