In my project I have selected many new exciting resources that can help each of my 12 brilliant, outgoing and creative students.
Each item will help develop early learning skills such as fine motor movement, social emotional development and gross motor movements.
In an Autism classroom our students need a lot of support, redirections and communication. Some of the items included will help them grow socially by communicating with their peers. They can also learn to share, request the items and also take care of the classroom by cleaning the materials up and putting them back where they belong. For example the wood mazes, clip box and ball drop can help them concentrate and help them develop fine motor skills.
