TI 84 Calculators will be used to align math instruction and interventions in the Special Education room. We want them to have the same tools for math that are used in the math class. We keep teaching the same math--we want the same calculators!! Having our students feel that their special education instruction is the same as in the math room will bring value to them and their learning. They like using the things that the regular students get to use. These calculators could go home with five students if we were ever to go back to online/home instruction! These calculators will be used for our two juniors when they take the ACT as indicated in their IEP. They won't need to use the older version this year!!!
