A love of reading will last a lifetime. I want to be able to offer a wide variety of books to my students as well as giving them countless opportunities to own books, collaborate with other students with books, and use literature from books to make strides in learning. I will use the money to buy books for the students to own, to buy books to be used in small group reading, and for whole class novel studies. The goal is to give students as many opportunities as possible to access quality literature. If everyone has access to this literature and can take these books home, learning can continue despite the pandemic.

About my class
