Students in my class are not big readers and I am not sure if that was because the previous teacher did not care to have them read or maybe the library just does not have a book that catches the student's eye. Regardless of the reasoning, I want my students to enjoy reading and enjoy it so much that they want to read at home. I want my students to see what the reading comes to life and that they love every second of it as if they were there in the story.
