I requested these resources to help my students who fidget and have a hard time sitting still in class. Flexible seating and fidget toys will help them to be able to sit for longer periods of time. Desk pets and pixie sticks will be used for incentives for students who visit the class store. Most importantly, books will be used to help the students increase their fluency and accuracy while learning to love reading. Many of these items may not seem essential to anyone outside of a classroom, but to a child, one of these items could make a world of difference.
