My students love science! I want them to have the experience of growing their own crystals. During this growth process, they will also be required to write about the changes they see in their crystal. I'm hoping this project will help them increase their vocabulary, which is why I also added books to my list.
Solid to Liquid and back to solid again! Making a candle will help my students to see that wax can change its form with a little heat. This fun "science project" will end up as an art project they can take home to a family member. I want my students to understand that science is everywhere!
