My project addresses a few key areas needed to support students behavior and mental health. The first is treatment manuals that I can use to improve my practice as a psychologist so that I can provide the best care for my students. The second is calming activities and fidgets that teach students how to regulate their emotions. And finally I have books and activities that will be used to education children on mental health topics and treatment. My goal with these three types of materials is to provide trauma-informed, culturally conscious, and evidence based mental health support!
