The students learn better when they're able to have an interactive recess and free time. The recess equipment will allow them to play structured games that teach vital social skills and team building.
The sensory/fidget tools allow students to work out their anxiety while still staying in class. When student leave class because of anxiety/panic attacks, they miss valuable information and their anxiety builds when they can't complete their assignments. They can also take these tools home to use when they have stressful situations at home or use while they're doing homework.
