With my project, I am wanting to provide my students with tools for learning in the classroom. The dry erase markers come in handy in class when we are working through math problems, and the students can write and erase all they want without wasting paper! We use it for games and activities to help provide a different method of leaning the content!
Pencils are the most powerful tool any student can wield. In my class, my students are constantly in need of pencils and other writing utensils. Since my students are all coming from different lifestyles outside of school, I don't want them to not be able to learn the same content just because they don't have something to write with in class.
