The books will allow students to see real-life examples of resiliency and perseverance through difficult times. Also, the puzzles will allow students a chance to develop thinking and processing skills in ways they are not currently experiencing. The mirrors will be used to help students in their literacy development. Students will use the mirrors to ensure they are using proper lip, tongue, and teeth placement for correct pronunciation. The bingo wands are used to help students combine sounds to create words. The other items will be used as incentives for students.
