The population of students I teach every day are the ones struggling the most with reading , writing, and mathematics. Often, the students are home and would greatly benefit from erasable markers and clear pocket binders to enable us to review, review, and review again a concept. These students may not have access to a printer so having the postage and mailers necessary to send each child the supplemental supports would increase their ability to actively participate in their learning. Children learn best by doing, being passive observers is NOT what is best for any child.
