One of the best things that any student can do to learn more is read more! Reading helps students understand history, geography, and (most importantly) other people and cultures!
Whether during a pandemic or just a regular school year, every student should have a good book to read. That book might open a door into a fantasy world, the future, the past, but no matter where it takes our students, reading opens the door to more understanding - understanding themselves, as well as recognizing and understanding the struggles that others might be working to overcome.
