Over the past couple of years due to Covid 19, I have noticed some substantial gaps in the information our students understand. By getting these materials, I will be able to help supplement my lessons with activities instead of a lecture type lesson. This will not only help my students stop looking at a screen but also help pique their interest in how things are mathematically represented in Excel and other documents.
The materials in this project will help my students and me become a more efficient supplementary IT class. The screwdrivers and 3D printer filament will help me continue to improve upon what my students are learning by helping with some small IT issues around campus as well as keeping up in my class with innovative technology like 3D printing. This will allow their creativity and mathematical knowledge to come together to produce certain products our school needs (and some that they want.) Future engineers in the making!
