These books will help students see the enjoyment that can come from writing. We live in a world that has such a high regard for "reviews" and this book takes everyday ideas and turns them into reviews. This book was specifically chosen with my students needs in mind and I know that it will help them find enjoyment with their own writing. The goal is that students will be able to use this book as a guide when responding to writing prompts. Students will be expected to write different types of reviews while making intentional "writer moves" to make the assignment their own. I know that students will be able to walk away with writings they are proud of if I am able to incorporate this book into my writing classes.
