This equipment will be used at school to help students obtain quality recordings for them to listen to and evaluate. Listening is a vital part to any music classroom. The percussion equipment will allow us to play some songs that have extra parts, thus expanding our repertoire as well as their musical knowledge and experience. It will also be a way to include others outside of our class to play with us. The bass strings are in need of replacement in order for these instruments to function properly. It can be very frustrating for students to play on an instrument that doesn't sound good, play well or stay in tune.
