As a Health teacher, I would like to provide a library of resources for students who may be struggling in a specific area of wellness or would like to further their understanding in any area of health (physical, mental, emotional or social). Many of the books requested help with coping strategies, dealing with anxiety, healthy habits for taking care of physical health, and learning more about their bodies as well as ways to keep their bodies healthy.
Some of the teachers at our middle school have found that offering incentives with candy for our students has been motivating for some, but I would like to have a healthier option (100% fruit leather).
