This is such an important lesson in math, actually an entire chapter! It takes the coordinate plane and turns it into something real and tangible. 3D printing is just ordered pairs in a 3D object. They can visually see how it works, start to create, inspire and engineer their own ideas. While this is going to be an amazing asset in the classroom, students that are at home will also be able to design their 3D projects and then send them to the printer. I will be able to give them their designs. That will be so motivating while being stuck at home. We also need gloves and alcohol for technical use in class.
