One area of difficulty for my students is reading on grade level. Because I service such a wide range of grade-levels, it is difficult to have quick and easy access to books on each student’s instructional level. My proposal would be to create and enhance a library of low-leveled readers in the resource classroom to give students more opportunities to practice reading text on their instructional level and build fluency. I also want to be able to print math games in color for students to use to aid in the enjoyment of learning.
