I am changing my instruction from Balanced Literacy to Structured Literacy, so it aligns with the latest research. This will help provide a strong phonics foundation for my at-risk students. In order to do this, I am in need of a library of decodable books to teach with. I have researched different series, and the ones in this project are some of the best available on the market. The books will be used to teach with at school, then sent home with my students to read with their parents. It will allow my students to get the extra practice they need to master the reading skills being taught.

About my class
