The project I have requested will benefit my first grade students by building our classroom library. I will be adding several decodable readers to our library which will benefit my beginning readers as well as support my more advanced readers. By building a classroom library with decodable readers my students will be able to read at a skill level that makes them feel confident and successful. Displaying these books allows students to get a visual interest in the books which will get them excited about reading them! Students will also be able to check out these books to read to their families at home! Thank you for your help! This project will help 18 first graders become great readers.
