I have found that using wonderful literature helps students improve their reading skills. The reader's theater books and high interest/low readability books I have chosen will get students excited to learn. I also love using reader's theater to help improve student’s fluency and rate. These books will be used in small group instruction to ensure student success. Students love being creative by putting on plays in the classroom. Students may take the resources home to practice these reading skills. I also really need the school supplies for my classroom. I have taught school for 21 years and some of my supplies have seen better days. Thank you for supporting me in this project.
